Essential properties, such as colour, taste, and texture, and all of the important nutrients are preserved through this transformation. The process is performed by a machine called a freeze-dryer that mimics the atmospheric pressure of the highest peaks in the world!

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the cold water and the contents of the bag. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 min., stirring occasionally. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 12-15 min.
