Our canoe trips operate rain or shine, however we will never head out in dangerous weather and will let all participants know leading up to the trip.
Cancellations made more than four weeks before the trip will receive a 100% refund minus a $50 admin fee.
Cancellations made between four and two weeks from the trip date will receive a 50% refund minus the $50 admin fee.
Cancellations made between two and one week from the trip date will receive a 25% refund minus the $50 admin fee.
Cancellations made within one week from the trip date will unfortunately not receive a refund.
We require a minimum of 4 participants to run a trip. If we do not hit the minimum of 4, you will be able to transfer your reservation to another trip or receive a full refund.
