Small Group Travel

All of our trips are capped at 9 people total, including your guide. Nice and intimate and you're just about guaranteed to form tight bonds with everyone else travelling with you.

Beautiful sights come standard on all our trips. Think stunning sunsets, powerful wildlife, breathtaking vistas, and everything you can imagine (and a few things you can't) in between.  

All-Inclusive

All you've gotta bring is a toothbrush and a smile (ok there's also a packing list but you know what we mean). We cover everything else; food, canoes, permits, tents, and all equipment.

Picture yourself spending 3 days and 2 nights immersed in the beauty of the starlit sky, listening to the haunting howls of wolves, cooking meals over an open fire, and paddling through the untouched wilderness.

As we venture into the wild together, you will learn and practice the three pillars of the WHM: the breathing technique, cold exposure, and cultivating a mindset that allows you to integrate these tools into your daily life. Through a variety of engaging exercises during our adventure, you will train your nervous, immune, and cardiovascular systems, optimize energy flow, and find a natural balance.
This excursion is suitable for beginners as well as those looking to enhance their practice.

Nature and the cold serve as mirrors, allowing us to see parts of ourselves that the ordinary world often conceals. This retreat provides an opportunity to cultivate resilience and tap into the inner strength we all possess. Our Guide

Ashley is dedicated to facilitating life-changing experiences for people worldwide. As a certified Level 2 Wim Hof instructor, she has trained with the internationally renowned Ice Man himself. Ashley was personally selected to lead the recent Wim Hof Method Winter Expedition in Poland, where she guided 300 participants alongside Wim. With her expertise in remote wilderness, personal training, and counseling, Ashley brings thought-provoking, transformative, and unforgettable experiences to her guests.

When Ashley is not guiding people up mountains in their shorts, into lakes, ice baths, or leading mind-blowing breathwork sessions, you can find her rock climbing or trail running near her home in Hamilton. Our intention for this weekend is to foster connections among people while harnessing the healing power of nature and the Wim Hof Method. By deepening our connection to nature, we deepen our connection to our inner selves.

The water and cold teach us that we are stronger than we think. Guests will leave with a sense of fulfillment from stepping outside their comfort zones, new friendships, a fresh outlook on life and stress management, and the ability to tackle challenges with resilience and grace. Additionally, our trip coincides with the autumn equinox, a moment in the Northern Hemisphere when day and night are of equal length. This transition into the Libra season, symbolizing balance, equanimity, and harmony, provides an astrological opportunity for personal growth, self-reflection, and development.
