Layers
Layering is typically a three-part system which includes; a base layer, mid layer, and shell layer. Make sure the base layer will wick perspiration away from your skin to keep the chills at bay. Your mid layer will insulate you from the cold. The base layer will make sure to block the wind and elements from getting to you.

Footwear
You always want to take care of your feet. Not just protect them from the elements but make sure that they are comfortable and can keep you going all day long. This is our favourite boot from Arcteryx, the Aerios FL MID GTXand our favourite shoe is the Aerios FL GTX. Fast, light, waterproof and will keep your feet happy. Dont forget warm, comfortable, moisture wicking socks too!
In Your Pack
Bring a backpack that you’ll be comfortable carrying all day with a few essentials stashed in it.
